Who am I?

I've noticed that alot of blogs have an "About Me" page.  I don't.  Or, I didn't.  In visiting new blogs, I have often found this page useful and so I'm making this link to create my own "About Me" page. 

I am a happily married, at-home, LDS mom.  But that isn't all I am.  I am also a piano playing,  music loving, book reading, ice cream eating, whale watching, candle lighting, choir singing, picture taking gal!  I am a sister (to 7), a daughter (to 2), and a friend (to many).   My favorite color is green, my favorite animal is orca, and my favorite sports team is the New England Patriots (Go Pats!).  Oh - and I LOVE the Lord of the Rings!

But I do admit that the first sentence of the previous paragragh IS the most important part of who I am.  I love my husband and daughters fiercely!  And I am so grateful that we can be a family forever!  My testimony of the the Gospel is the biggest part of who I am and affects every other aspect of my life.  It blesses every other aspect of my life.  And each day, my testimony grows stronger.  I am not perfect and I do stumble at times (If you read my blog you probably know that already!) but I have found that when I struggle the most, I grow the most. 

My favorite scripture is Helaman 5:12 and my second favorite is Proberbs 3:5-6.  My favorite Hymn is How Firm a Foundation.   If you want to know me a little better, read those two scriptures and the words to that Hymn... And then read my blog!
