So Sad

Last night, Brooke was eliminated from American Idol.  I really liked her.  I felt that she hadn't been doing as well as she could have (though I really liked her second song last night) but I didn't think she was the one that should have gone.  Jason should have gone last night - without a doubt!  And although I do think Syesha is pretty good, I would rather have seen her go before Brooke too.  

I did vote for Brooke last night, several times.  So at least I know I tried.  I have never thought she would win it and I've never even thought she would be in the top two.  I thought it would be cool if she was - if she and Archuleta were there together.  But I never expected it.  I just didn't think she'd be voted off quite yet.  Bummer.

So there you go.  I think she was good and I think she was really sweet and fun.  I think she went a couple of weeks too early.  But in the end, I didn't really think she would have made it to the final two anyway.  I am sure she'll have a lot of success as a musician though, it's just a matter of time before we'll be seeing an album of her's out on the shelves. :)
